Overview
ARI's settings panel gives you full control over your instance. Access it from the sidebar or by navigating to Settings.

Theme System
ARI includes a comprehensive theme system with 20+ built-in presets and a custom theme editor.
Built-In Themes
Choose from over 20 theme presets that instantly change the look and feel of your workspace. Themes range from minimal and clean to bold and colorful.
Custom Theme Editor
Build your own theme with the HSL color picker. You can customize:
- Primary, secondary, and accent colors
- Background and surface colors
- Border and text colors
- All colors use HSL values for precise control
Dark and Light Mode
Toggle between dark and light mode. Each theme preset includes both a dark and light variant.
Font Selection
Choose the typeface used throughout the interface. DM Sans is the default.
Sidebar View Modes
Switch between sidebar layouts:
- Default — Full sidebar with group labels, icons, and menu item labels
- Compressed — Hides group labels for a more compact sidebar (menu item labels still visible)
Keyboard Shortcuts
ARI supports keyboard shortcuts for common actions:
